The user may request a refund in the following cases:
- An incorrect product was received, or one that was completely different from what was ordered.
- The product arrived in an unfit condition (e.g., damaged or broken).
- The amount was deducted without completing the request due to a technical issue or an error in the application.
Cases where refunds are not possible:
- If the product is delivered in accordance with the required specifications and is in perfect condition.
- If the product has been opened or used after receipt
- When more than 2 hours have passed since the delivery time without a complaint being made
- In the case of specific offers or discounts that clearly state “non-refundable.”
Method of refund:
- The amount will be refunded to the same payment method within two business days.
- The customer shall bear the shipping costs in case of replacement and return.
- In the case of cash on delivery, arrangements will be made with the customer to refund the amount in cash or via electronic payment methods.
